To operationalize the Centre for International Cooperation & Capacity Building
a. Communicate with international EMBs, other organisations who have already signed MOUs with ECI and/ or IIIDEM
b. Identifying the training needs of the EMBs
c. Coordination with Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Indian Embassies/ Missions abroad for training needs, receiving of applications from trainees, finalizations of trainees.
d. Preparation of training programs in consultation with domain experts.
e. Correspondence with trainees for their academic and other requirements.
f. Coordinate with Admin & Protocol division for receipt of grant from MEA/ Other organisations, Payment of allowances to trainees and other logistical arrangements.
g. Signing of MOUs with International EMBs/ other institutions/ Universities.
h. overall planning and management of any course, curriculum or program to be run at IIIDEM or under the aegis of IIIDEM elsewhere
i. for development and printing/ publication/ circulation of training material in advance of any such course, curriculum or program to trainers and trainees
j. advance liaison and tie up with trainers, trainees and other support service providers for any such course, curriculum or program
k. Tie-up with International Electoral Organizations
l. International workshops e.g: workshop on Political Finance, workshop on disabled friendly poll management etc. in collaboration with International Organizations.
m. any other matter relating to overall supervision, monitoring, evaluation etc. of courses, curricula or programs of IIIDEM, or such responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the Commission or the DG (Training), ECI.
